The Power of Words: My Copywriting Portfolio
Writing is one of the things I enjoy most in the world.
It was the first thing I ever did — on my grandfather’s typewriter.
Expressing a world or an emotion through words is, to me, the root of everything that exists.
Script – “The Balayage Disaster”
Tone: Relatable, humorous, real
[Camera walking naturally toward the stylist]
🎙️ Voice in the background:
“What happened? What happened?”
[Stylist, leaning casually on the reception desk, looking concerned but playful]:
“My balayage came out super patchy… the client nearly lost it on me.”
[She stands up, laughing as she walks toward the camera]:
“But that was 15 years ago. Let me tell you what I’ve learned since.”
[She spins around casually, now facing the camera again]
“Those patches? They usually show up because water pools in certain areas of the hair during rinsing.”
[Looks straight at the camera]
“Want to avoid those mistakes? Join our free online event on November 22nd. Link’s in bio.”
[She pretends to leave, then quickly turns back smiling]
“Oh — quick tip: place foil or microfiber towels between sections to stop the product from shifting while rinsing.”
Script – HelloScreen (AI-powered display tool)

[Visual: The HelloScreen comes to life, showing floating visuals in the air]

Script – “Billy Chooses the Wrong Wood” (Shell Lumber)
Tone: Playful, visual, no-dialogue humor
Goal: Highlight the difference between types of wood and drive customers to the physical store.
[Scene 1: Billy stands in front of two wood piles — one of common pine, the other of red cedar.]
📍 Text on screen:
“When you choose without asking…”
[Scene 2: Billy proudly grabs a random board (from the pine stack)… and it snaps in half in his hands.]
📍 Text on screen:
“Oops. Wrong pick.” 😅
[Scene 3: He turns around, a bit embarrassed. A staff member points at the cedar stack with a friendly smile.]
📍 Text on screen:
“Next time, ask the experts.”
[Final scene: Billy now holds a red cedar board, smiling and giving a thumbs up to the staff member.]
📍 Text on screen + logo:
